Please remember to check and inspect your items before leaving. If there are any issues, feel free to raise them immediately 🧚🏻♀️If you discover any issues after opening the package (e.g. missing cards), please contact us within 7 days after pickup 🩵

Estimated Shipping Time ✈️
All items are shipped from Hong Kong. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Hong Kong: 1–3 business days
- Other Asian regions: 3–9 business days
- North America (USA/Canada): 10–15 business days
- Europe: 10–15 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 9–14 business days
- Other regions: 10–20 business days
Shipping Risks 🪽
Once the parcel has been shipped, all risks (including loss, damage, or delays) will be transferred to the customer.
In the event of shipping issues, customers may file a compensation claim with the courier company. We are happy to assist with follow-up, but we are not liable for related losses 🙏🏻
Returned Parcels ⛔️
If a parcel is returned due to personal reasons (such as an incorrect address or failure to receive/sign for the package), we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment:

- Reshipping costs must be borne by the customer
