To be honest, as a big fan of Deckstiny, I thought this deck was pretty good at first but I didn’t think it was that special. But sometimes things are so tricky. I clearly had no intention of buying it, but I suddenly clicked in to see the pictures of the deck! Then when I saw that he only had 8 of pentacles, I thought, "Ouch! I think I'm going to lose!"👨🏽🔧
What attracts me most in this brand is not the man, not the hanging coins, and even less the tools; what makes me think that the secondary brand is actually the rotten coins on the ground🥹 This brand is about focus and hard work, and those rotten pentacles seem to correspond to that kind of dedication, as if if the work is not good, then you will not accept it/call it a day xd (not calling it a day is so miserable?!) After seeing this brand, I silently thought in my heart, "People who work hard are really attractive!"⚒️
So actually the deck is not as simple as just adding more backgrounds. Maybe the extra details will give you a new angle to interpret the cards, or give you a different feeling about the characters in the cards. For example, the four Aces are all drawn with a person, so you don’t just see a hand floating in the air holding a cup/sword, haha.
Let’s talk about the differences between the three models! There is no difference between Wide Angle and Compact except size, price and box. 😹 If you have small hands, I suggest you buy compact! Panorama is the standard Tarot size! Because the channel is horizontal, some positions were cut. Example: Ace of swords⚔️, the other two sizes were clearly visible on top of the person’s head, but Panorama cut it off!
